The Minas Gerais Investment and Trade Promotion Agency (INDI) is the gateway for investments in the state. It is the first agency to foster investments created in Brazil and one of the most established in South America for almost 50 years.
The Agency provides free consultancy for investors and helps to develop competitiveness for companies already established in the state, assisting in their expansion. The Agency also works internationally through missions and receiving delegations.
INDI works on investment projects jointly with other partners in the economic development environment in the State and provides a wide range of services to businesses.
More than 3000 companies supported, increasing the number of jobs and income and growing along with the state economy.

Promotion of business meetings between potential clients, suppliers and partners. Identifying and supporting suppliers´ production in various areas.
Provides detailed information about areas available for projects and accompanies technical visits to the sites.
Provides demographic, economic and social information about municipalities and regions of Minas Gerais, based on specialized knowledge of the local economy and sectors.
Interface with public and private entities providing a better business environment (BDMG, Cemig, Codemig, Faemg, Fapemig, Fiemg, Gasmig, Jucemg, Sebrae and State Offices); and other project demands.
Guidance and support throughout the licensing process of enterprises.
Induction of public policies focused on the attraction and feasibility of enterprises in Minas Gerais.
Technical guidance in international trade for entrepreneurs – by telephone, e-mail or in person.
Minas Gerais Foreign Trade Promotion at international trade fairs.
